The main business is photography tours primarily based in Cambodia. Over current years, I’ve looked at expanding into other areas in this competitive market. I have a keen interest in Timelapse Photography – examples here -, involving time and motion, bridging the gap between my engineering and photography.
Various personal design jobs undertaken with SolidWorks including motion rigs, examples – 1 – 2 – 3 – , House build – 4 -. Dabbled in Blender, 3D modeling, animation and transfer from CAD to Blender etc. Also the use of Davinci Resolve for some 3D animation.

I had started my journey into photography selling prints from the iconic Angkor and Asia trips, prints for publication. Periodic contracts in UK at a packaging manufacturer, predominantly mechanical design with SolidWorks. Projects include feed systems and modular machine design of the NTS series.
2007-10 Senior Design Engineer
Concept design through to detail design of manufacturing systems, system integration & product handling lines, primarily to the food industry, supplied worldwide. Liaison with customer, management & supply chain to meet project requirements. On site visits as required to both customer & other parts of BL group. Use of 3D cad technology including primarily Solid Edge & SolidWorks, parametric modelling techniques, system & machine timings etc.
Design of process equipment supplied world-wide. Product handling systems including bottle inspection / handling for the beverage industry. System concept design through to manufacture and installation. Mechanism design and analysis including drives, multiple cam systems and linkages using 3D design techniques. Other areas include parametric design, motion and system presentation. Desing initially with AutoCAD then onto SolidEdge.
