Tofu skins, a popular soy product of South East Asia and beyond, used in soups, stir-fries, and dim sum, still made by traditional processes. This wonderful family run business found deep in the Khmer country offers us photographers a magical subject, light and composition. I’m not a tofu eater, but I’m sure this smoky process adds to its flavour. Long live traditions! I’ll sure be adding this to my custom multi day photography tours over the Kingdom of Wonder 🙂
