Tofu skins, a popular soy product of South East Asia and beyond, used in soups, stir-fries, and dim sum, still made by traditional processes. This wonderful family run business found deep in the Khmer country offers us photographers a magical subject, light and composition. I’m not a tofu eater, but I’m sure this smoky process adds to its flavour. Long live traditions! I’ll sure be adding this to my Explore Custom Multi-Day Cambodia Tours over the Kingdom of Wonder 🙂
